Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the official website and ticketing platform for House of Horror. By accessing this website, purchasing tickets, or attending the event, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Corporate Entity & Affiliates

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, "House of Horror," "we," "us," and "our" refer to LOUD AND LIVE HOH, INC., as well as its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities, including but not limited to Loud And Live Events LLC and Loud And Live Holdings, Inc. (collectively referred to as the "Company").

2. Venue Rules & Code of Conduct

House of Horror takes place at Tropical Park, a facility owned and operated by Miami-Dade County. By attending the event, you agree to abide by all Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department rules and regulations.

  • Prohibited Items: In accordance with county park regulations, no glass bottles, glass containers, or polystyrene (Styrofoam) products are permitted on the premises.
  • Compliance with Law: Attendees must observe, obey, and comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws. Enforcement of these rules is under the direct supervision of park management and event security.

3. Haunted Attraction Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff, strict rules apply to all areas of the event, including all haunted houses, scare zones, and the CIRQUE experience. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating these rules without a refund.

  • No Touching: Our actors and performers will not touch you. You are strictly prohibited from touching, grabbing, or pushing any actors, staff members, or event props.
  • No Costumes or Masks: For security and identification purposes, guests are not permitted to wear costumes, face-covering masks, or full-face makeup into the park.
  • No Flash Photography or Video: The use of flash photography, flashlights, laser pointers, or recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the haunted attractions, as it poses a safety hazard to actors and ruins the experience for other guests.
  • Intoxication: Guests who appear heavily intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances will be denied entry or escorted off the premises.

4. Event Ticketing & Purchase Policy

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy.

  • Final Sale: All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Weather Policy: You acknowledge that this Event is Rain or Shine!.
  • Cancellation Policy:In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.

5. Media Release & Consent

You acknowledge that the Event may be recorded (any content captured at or in connection with the Event, the “Event Content”).

  • Consent to Record: By attending this Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded.
  • Perpetual Use: You consent to any use, by Loud And Live Inc, and each of their respective successors, assigns, affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, vendors, and licensees (the “Event Parties”) of your likeness, voice, and name in connection with the Event Parties use or exploitation of the Event Content, in any and all manner and media, in perpetuity.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

You, on your own behalf, and on behalf of your heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, hereby unconditionally release, waive and forever discharge the Event Parties from any and all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims or demands, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unseen, of any kind or nature, arising directly or indirectly in connection with your participation in the Event.

  • Personal Property: This release shall apply to any loss of or damage to your personal property.
  • Personal Injury: This release shall apply to any personal injury (including death) that you suffer, including, without limitation, any loss, damage or injury sustained or allegedly sustained by you due to the negligent acts or omissions of the Event Parties.
  • Venue Indemnification: Attendees further agree to assume all risk in the use of the Tropical Park site and agree to hold harmless Miami-Dade County, its officers, and employees from any claims, suits, losses, or damages arising from their attendance.
